This Privacy Notice explains how we at Luchon Apartments use any personal information we collect about you.
What information do we collect about you?

When you make a booking with us, we collect the names of all the guests who will be staying. Additionally, we collect the home address, email address, and telephone number of the person making the booking. We also make note of your
travel arrangements.

How do we use the information we hold on you?

We use your name, email address, telephone number, and home address for invoicing purposes.
We use your email address to send you a confirmation of your reservation and to answer any questions you may have about your stay.
We may use your telephone number to contact you in an emergency, and/or we have been unable to contact you by email.
We note your Travel arrangements to help us organise transfers from airports or train stations if required or to advise on routes across France.

How is your data stored?

All of your data is stored on encrypted and password-protected databases on our booking platform’s servers. Our Booking platform is Lodgify.
If you make a payment to us via Bank Transfer, we do not receive your Banking Information. The same applies to credit and debit card payments. Your data isnever passed to Luchon Apartments, as Stripe processes all credit cardtransactions, whether online or in person.
We will not share your information with any third party unless there is a legal
reason for doing so.

Marketing

We would like to stay in touch with you to send information about Luchon Apartments, as well as any special offers or local events we may have. We send occasional emails (never more than one a month)  to people on our distribution
list. A secure third party manages the distribution list. You can always opt out of
these marketing emails by clicking the link in the email.

Guest Registration

The law requires us to collect the following information on all our guests. We do this by asking you to complete a registration form upon arrival if you have not
already done so with a Booking Form.

For European guests;
Name and nationality

For non-European guests;
Name, nationality, passport number, address of next destination

The online booking forms are stored in an encrypted and password-protected database. 
Any paper forms are safely stored in a locked filing cabinet. We are required to keep these registration forms for 1 year and present them to the
authorities if requested. We will destroy these forms 12 months after your stay.
Access to your information

Cookies

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. We use this information to track
visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
