The mezzanine bedroom is suitable for children aged 6 years and above

We suggest that the room is for those adults who are agile enough to negotiate the ladder that accesses the room.

There is a strict ‘NO PETS’ rule.  Guide dogs are our only exception

Please get in touch with us if you would like to leave later than 10h00, and we will try to accommodate your request when possible.

We will contact you as soon as we know if the apartment will be ready for you before 16h00.

All of our apartments are on the ground floor.  There are between 5 and 6 steps after the front door to reach the ground floor level in each building.

Free parking depends on which apartment you are in:

  • Haussmann Building: parking is free outside the apartment on Bd Dr Estradere.
  • Lovely Ground Floor Apartment: features a designated, covered off-street parking space behind the building.
  • Fantastic Ground Floor Apartment: The building is opposite the Luchon Thermes, and although this is a blue zone (restricted to 2 hours and 30 minutes from March 1st to November 15th), there is free parking available on Av du Dr Lambron (a 1-minute walk away).  Alternatively, there is free parking on Bd Dr Estradere (a 5-minute walk away).
  • We provide a blue parking clock for your use.

Each apartment has a drip-filter machine and either a cafetiere or a Bialetti coffee filter pot.

Each apartment has a table in the kitchen area that can be used and extended if necessary

We have installed fibre broadband in the apartments, and you will experience speeds of between 100Mbps & 450Mbps.

We will provide a receipt if you require one

You can book online on the site, which will be processed by STRIPE using 64-bit encryption.  We do not store any of your credit card details; STRIPE, the card processor, holds these.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, we will hold the booking as tentative for 48 hours to allow you to complete the transfer.  If you prefer this payment method, please send us a message via email, WhatsApp or the site.

There is a designated cave or locked area for storing bicycles and ski equipment.

Yes, the rate for a three-week stay is € 840.  Send us a request, and we will arrange this special rate for you. 

However, this rate is unavailable during the following dates:

               20th December to 4th January

30th January to 20th March

30th June to 5th September    

Treat our apartments as your home, and please follow these simple rules for being a great guest.

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (e.g., mouldy dishes, soiled carpets, pet stains, etc.).  Our cleaning fees are set to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations.

Litter: Please dispose of your trash in the designated receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of garbage.

Accidents: are rare, but they happen.  If you, someone you invite, or a pet is responsible for damage during a stay, let us know right away.

These are our standard house rules.

Approved guests: Please respect the authorised number of guests and ask us if you are unsure about the visitor rules.  Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited.

Check-in time is 16:00.  If we can accommodate an earlier time, we will notify you the day before, if possible, or on the day the apartment is ready for you.

Checkout time: 10.00 is our standard checkout time, including key return.  Please don’t leave belongings at the apartment past the checkout time for storage or later pickup without our prior consent.

Smoking: Our apartments are strictly non-smoking.  If we find evidence of smoking,  we will withhold your deposit to cover the cost of deep cleaning the apartment.

Approvals for pets: Our apartments are listed as “no pets”.  Please send us a message to inquire about the charges for bringing a pet.  Note that service animals are not considered pets.

Noise: Our quiet hours are 23:00 to 08:00.  Please consider others and refrain from disturbing the surrounding apartments with excessive noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).

Commercial film and photography: Guests should not participate in film or photography intended for commercial use or profit without obtaining documented permission from the Host.

 

Just let us know if you break anything during your stay.  The best way to do this is by sending them a message through the website or via WhatsApp.  We do not charge for a broken glass or minor damage such as this

Again, please let us know if there is, for instance, a flood, material damage to furniture, or any other problems.  If you can provide photos, that’s great, too.  Being upfront about damage gives us as much time as possible to fix it as soon as possible, or at least before our next guest arrives.  It also gives you and your Host a chance to find a resolution

Yes, we provide all linens and towels as part of the cleaning changeover charge.  For a Curist 3-week visitor, we provide a change of sheets and towels midway through their stay, free of charge
